The nurses are lovely, one vet seems competent. It's the only 24 vet for emergencies, so we *have* to use it: but it's awful as regular vet. I switched to using another vet further away, as have most of my friends. If you dog or cat is dying out of hours: go there. If it's daytime, try another vet.

Thank you SO much for the care and attention both Louie and I received last night in the extremely capable hands of Michelle and Emily. How refreshing to find a company in this day and age that care about the animal more than the potential income. As a nurse myself I really appreciate the time taken to give sound advice, and to offer potential alternatives for my dogs care that involved using other services, because it might be more convenient for me. Having contacted Vets Now I felt the corporate approach was not for me. Not to mention they were a good deal more expensive. Thank you you are a credit to the firm.

What an amazing place. I rushed there around 7pm to be met immediately by the vet and nurse, who ushered me into the surgery room. They were professional, knowledgeable and supportive. There is no price on saving lives. I'm so grateful for their care and attention.

I've been using Elizabeth Street vets for almost 4 years now with my senior Battersea dog.
I decided to leave this review after reading all the bad ones on here after i saw them when googling opening hours
I cannot stress how far away from my experience those negative reviews are. Ive always had wonderful care and service from everyone at Elizabeth Street. Sure they aren't the cheapest but who cares if they are good. Which they are. I wouldn't entrust my precious pet to anyone else. We've had free advice over the phone many times and all involved, especially Helen the head vet, has gone out of her way to help us.
So please ignore those strange one star reviews. They are wonderful here and i have no doubt. Neither does 14 yr old Dolly the terrier.

As a huge dog Lover and owner of canine companions who are my world, I very HIGHLY recommend this Veterinary Clinic to all. Helen, the main vet is utterly impressive, patient and very kind. It is so important to find a professional as well as caring vet for your pet, whether it be a dog or a hamster. Animals need medical treatment, as we humans do. Elizabeth Street Veterinary Clinic may be a tad on the expensive side BUT they go that 'extra' mile and that is what counts. Heidi Moore
