Filip the vet is incredible. However he has left now and I feel it isn't good anymore.

Amazing vets. They go above and beyond. My cats even purr for their vet which is unheard of

Alas since Filipe the resident vet has left and Hydrovet has change its name to Voo and by the look of it the team as well (nurses, receptionist etc), it is not as good anymore.
Made an appointment and was told Filipe was gone (no email to clients to let us know - I have been a client since 2008), booked an appointment, the practice cancelled on the day (no vet), then rebooked an appointment and cancelled again (vet sick). Finally saw a vet....hooray!
My cat had some routine bloodtests (kidney function, thyroid and diabetes) done, I was told by the receptionist it will take 2 weeks to get the result when I asked the vet was told a couple of days max.
Well today is has been 4 days and no results :(
Phoned the practice, the receptionist was not very helpful and said it would be probably today....
Not very happy anymore with the lack of customer service and care :(
Thinking of changing practice.

So far all been good. I miss Dorte the Norwegian vet who went back home, but the other vets that have worked here since and took over are still good and friendly and so far so good 👍

Almost killed my cat! Worst bet ever doesn't care about the animal only the ridiculousness amount of money it wants to charge.
Seriously my cat was a couple of days from dying because of this vet! Don't take them there!
The vet works fine if you pay for every possible exam they want which can add up to £700
They are just a money machine and don't really care about your pet
Went to Celia Hammond Animal trust, they did a urine exam in minute of being there and found what the problem was, at Hydrovet they needed to send blood samples to get tested for £300 to then see how to proceed.
Vets should care about the animals.
