Staff very helpful and friendly. They have a lot of knowledge and they're always ready to help.

Bought two guinea pigs about 3 weeks ago. One dropped dead after 10 days and now the other has an ear infection. I first noticed that the remaining guinea pig had a problem after the first one died and they asked me to bring her in for a check up(vets4pets), when they said she is fine. Couple of days on since the visit and now she is tilting her head and sneezing. All they care about is profit, the welfare of the animals that they say is important to then is a fasard. All put on to make you believe there pet friendly. Now who's paying for all these continuous vet bills that are mounting up due to the lack of care when they where bread and sold.

Staff are very nice and helpful. Only issue is that they tend to run out of frozen rats quite quickly. Which just requires some forward planning so all good.

Great shop. Everything you need to start for your pet (all the basics). Good selection of food brands and treats. Staff very helpful and friendly also very knowledgeable regarding all types of animals/breeds which is very good.
