Not a bad vet but nowhere near as experienced as Andrew and company, who owned and ran the practice till 2 years ago. The personal touch has been lost now it's a chain. Communication can be an issue and appointments are getting harder to book for when you want them. The vet's very sweet but the reception staff can be rather off-hand. After being with the practice > 17 years - I'd call them a currently average service.

Absolutely lovely people are working here. Have been with them only for few months, but never had any issues, always kind and helpful and always can find a slot to see my little rabbit. She likes them too :)
