Great food but the prices of drinks are a bit high. Don't have access for wheelchairs and buggies.. I suppose they're not really in the family business so it's not necessarily a bad thing but it's nice for people with children to be welcomed in restaurants other than mcdonals. Staff was nice and did the best to accommodate though.

Very Poor Service All Round - turned up at 8pm, to be told that our table wasn't ready, despite when you book being told that they need the table back by a certain time, this obviously doesn't apply.
When we were finally shown to our table and made our order, we waited 30 minutes before someone came to confirm our order with us, and then run off to see where it was. The starters took almost 45 minutes to arrive. After the starter plates had been cleared it took over 30 minutes for our mains to arrive, and 2 reminders to the waitress about how long we'd been waiting.
Mains arrived and they didn't bring a plate for my wife, even after being asked, so she ended up eating her main out of the 2 small dishes it came in.
Decided to skip dessert as we didn't want to wait another hour for it to arrive.
This was for my wife's birthday and frankly spoiled the evening - I won't be recommending the restaurant to anyone, in fact I'll be warning them away from it.
For the cost of it, I would have expected much better service

Third visit and still not improved. The place is beautiful and I would like to say the food is good. But as a vegetarian..not much choice. Small portions and huge price (curry £14 then £4 rice on top). I understand city prices, but the portion was small, watery and luke warm. Took ages to be seated (booked a table) sat under loud speakers. Slow service albeit the staff were friendly, clearly rushed off their feet. After having chicken in my tofu dish the last time and poor quality and service this time. I will not be returning. Save your money and go to a local Thai.
