A wonderful 'working man's' club of the type that is fast disappearing. One of those last bastions where men can get together to enjoy an excellent reasonably priced pint of beer with none of the pretentiousness that so many other venues follow in this day and age. This place also has a large concert room where local caberet acts perform and which can be hired for private venues.

Disgraceful people, said they'd double booked the room after my Mum booked her 80 th birthday party there, no compassion for her at all, wouldn't advise anyone to go there!!! Real lowlife and uncaring people
