Expensive and not great. The red velvet cake was tasteless and very dry. The cakes need to be covered on display. Disappointing.

Well priced, great food, reasonable wait at a busy time. Only negative would be the very miserable person on the till. All other staff very friendly. Would recommend the pork and chorizo burger!

Service was good, the waitress was friendly and made conversation.
Only downfall was the price, £8.70 for scrambled egg on toast and a latte. This to me is a bit ridiculous, as i can go to a very high end restaurant and get a full English and a latte for £9.50. Other than the price it was a pleasant visit.

Cappuccino froth top notch. Thick and luscious. Sausage roll was also delicious with plenty of sage in the sausage.
Nice that if there's a queue someone takes orders paid by card from the queue without having to reach the till.
Update: cappuccino not consistent. Today was practically coffee with milk. 😒

Went here on Friday, this place is incredibly expensive for something attached to a museum ( my opinion). i ordered a slice of Rocky Road honey comb for £2.25, when my slice came, it was tiny. I asked for a refund but the female manager took great pleasure in arguing with me about the size of it. I was having lunch with my superior who was shocked the the manager was almost looking for an argument. I even had to say " I don't want an argument, can I just have a refund please". I won't be visiting again.
