Went to a 50th, that was held in the function room upstairs. Big square room with a few chairs round the outside, a couple of tables, just like an old social club, totally lacking in character. An interesting feature was the bar, which looked liked a gigantic mantlepiece. Uninspiring!

Rubbish service. I get the impression things have gone down hill particularly is it was dead at peak Sunday lunch time. Told to order from the table, 25 mins nobody came and had to order from the bar. Small argument as to who's turn it was to serve the customer! Starter came pretty quick. Mains didn't take too long but no fresh cutulary so had to go back to the bar to get these. 35 mins after finishing the mains our plates were still there and no sign of desert. Complained to the manager who was sarcastic. Dirty table. All in all a rubbish lunch. Used to be the best around. Won't be going back.

Came in for a coffee. Massive and stylish pub in Chorlton! The staff were excellent. The menu is quite varied.

Great night, family occasion and the Lloyd's made it even more special. Great food, lovely staff and polite manager. Highly recommend

The food is nice. The pub has a cosy feel. Staff are great. Good wine selection. Definitely worth a visit. Lost one star as more vegan/veggie options would be good.
