This is a much nicer Slug and Lettuce than the last previous one I been to which was in Trafford Centre.
I was served by a smiling brunette lady who had a tattoo on her arm (didn't see her name tag).
Served fast, good service and decent food.

Only had a quick visit to see a a friend, looked nice and clean. Beers cold and tasted nice.
There is plenty of outside seating under a shelter, staff seemed helpful and friendly.
Street parking nearby, and nice views of the town hall, will be pretty around xmas.

Good range of Lagers and Cocktails. Innis and Gunn IPA on tap which is pretty cool. No good for other ales or ciders though. The decor is bright, clean but not very cosy. The bar staff were really friendly. Decent menu with lots of nice options but not a lot of choice for vegetarians and don't think there was anything for vegans. Outside seating with nice view across the square to the city hall.

Sorry, but slow service, expensive food and drink when busy very particular to who they serve first. dissatisfied, another place that serve cocktails out of pre-mixed bottles long island ice t, made with 2 bottles and a splash of coke, the recipes advertised have 4 top grade spirits including bacardi and vodka and 2 other cocktail mixer spirits. Laws should stop this robbery.

i ordered a "deluxe baileys hot chocolate mocha" and i got something that tastes like old sweaty feet.
I waited ages for it and then they did not even had marshmallows, they gave me old popcorn instead.
I asked the bar staff to replace my drink , she took a sip , gave it back to me and said its the normal taste of it.
i am disappointed and will not visit this place the next time.
