Picked car up in July returned 8th Aug was very good quick pick and delivery strfectaff super efficient...would use again going too be the April 2018 so thanks Avis from a returning customer..have used several company's at Manchester airport but they are the best car was clean and perfect..thanks levis u made our hols cheers two happy aussie

Superb service! Train was running late & the office closed at 7.. called the office & a young lad said he would wait 10 minutes after closing for us.. was more like 15 when we got there & the lad was all smiles saying I told you I'd wait for you!
Really polite, cheerful fella who is a credit to his company..
found out when returning the car that his name was Olly..

Good customer service, was given a car that was larger than the one I originally selected. The deposit took a while to be refunded to me though. Be aware of that.
