Very quick service however each time I call for a taxi and ask them how much the journey will cost they always tell me a cheaper price but when I get in the taxi I have to pay double the price it's happened twice now and I won't be calling them anymore because of this.

Terrible taxi service, got verbally abused by a grumpy taxi driver and when I rang the main office of this company, they were totally unhelpful. If this is their idea of customer service, then they need to change their attitude. All they achieved is for me not to wish to use their taxis again and to warn other people of their bad service. There are plenty of other taxi firms around, so if choose not to use them again, they will be losing all my future business from now on.
