Very disappointed at the lack of respect for customers who have genuine cause to complain about their experience. It's been over 3 months since I rented a vehicle and despite chasing them twice for an answer to my written complaint they have totally ignored me.

Highly recommended! By far the cheapest compared to local competitors by far! Service is 5 star, always been well looked after, been using Elliots for over a year now and have nothing negative to say. Cheers zaf and everyone in the office for helping me get to where I am today!

Excellent customer service right through my dealings with them. Extremely well priced small car hired in excellent condition with insurance included easily booked. Recommended by a postal firm that hires their vans. Contacted via phone and email by them, transactions done easily and safely. Can not recommend highly enough. Will definitely use them again if I need a hire vehicle. Offices very clean and comfortable.

Been with Elliotts for over 8 months and counting. Needed a van at very short notice and offered a better price than everyone else around. Friendly and very helpful staff that get things sorted straight away. Highly recommended
