Rented a car .. got over charged and they do not have a complaints department that will deal with it in a timely manner, i assume this is so you give up and move on. utter rip off merchants

Do not use this company. Absolutely shocking customer service. And on top of that they are advertising cars which the in some cases the actual foreign dealer hasn’t stocked for over 12 months. I have opened a case with the uk trading standards agency against this company for false advertising. Shocking Customer Service from start to finish

The company charged me 135€ for the car rental, and upon my arrival, the did not hand over the car saying my VISA is not valid. After an argument, I used the same card for the car rental with a different company. I got denied after refusing to buy additional insurance.

The car company did not hand me out a car and I got charged USD 22.00 for the insurance I have no use now. I brought the same debit card I used for booking, my passport, my driver's permit and my international driver's permit. I expect to receive a refund and a compensation for my troubles. I expect that I can only proceed with booking a car, if my paying details are sufficient to pick up a car, otherwise your booking system was designed poorly.
Avoid this company!

Everything is difficult. Can't change anything after you've picked up the car. The website really should be CLEAR about this as I wouldn't have used this company if I had known you are so restricted with what you can do. Should be simple to make small changes - especially when I was willing to spend more money by upgrading my car and extending my booking. Shocking.
