Only bad experiences with this surgery, after messing up with my asthma prescription a few months ago, and also cancelling my registration without any notice on the grounds that they thought I moved country!!!! That never happened. Tonight I went to register again (I arrived 10 min before closing because I can't possibly never leave work earlier and I'm commuting too) and reception wouldn't spare the last 10 min of their shift to submit my registration and take copies of my documents!!! All this while I desperatly need an appointment with a GP and my asthma inhalers reordered! Systems clearly not working properly and very disappointing reception services...

Getting an appointment at this clinic is ridiculous! Like a month wait! Unless you don't work you can ring up on the day for any cancelations, clearly a system that doesn't work!

Racist and unprofessional receptionists. If you're an immigrant like majority of the population in this country they will probably not welcome you in their surgery... so don't even bother! Should have taken their names to report to the police, but since they all look f* stupid we don't even bother! We were literally told to "go back to my country" by one of them, is this really 1 first world country? Sorry but even "developed countries" will treat you better and will know what they are doing! It's clear why most of the doctors are all immigrants from India, Asia and Europe....

Reception Staff are Rude and unhelpfull, Dont seem to want to do anything now or listen to your request before saying something. Doctors are good though. Just a shame the rotten staff on reception cant be sent on a customer care course...

Staff on reception aren't always friendly I've found which is unacceptable considering why ppl go to the doctors in the first place. You would want someone caring and understanding on the desk, which is rarely there. Always clean and doctors there always listen and professional.
