I just been discharged this morning from Mr Batra and I wanted to share my last 18 months and what has been a worrying time with two major operations but has been made so much better because of Mr Batra.
I have had a total right hip replacement in Sep 16 and a left knee athroscopy May17 both operations have been a success and I just want to say a big thank you to Mr Batra from when we first met to today my discharge he has always been there to answer questions and put me and my family at total ease throughout both surgerys explaining everything in great detail and answering any question we had.
There are plenty of good surgeons out there who could have performed these procedures and although I'm sure most are fantastic Mr Batra goes that extra mile and nothing is to much for him a very knowledgeable ,
Personable and all round nice man.Thank you (And a special mention to Judith his Secatary always very polite and if I left a message she always got back to me every time )
