As the largest building in Manchester in terms of volume, this is a truly magnificent piece of architecture with many facilities to offer! The library on floor E provides plenty of space to study, computers to use and volumes of books if reading is your thing. The basement floor is a fully functional mosque serving as an excellent place to pray and contemplate. The Great Hall hosts some great quiz nights a few times a year featuring FREE Domino's pizza and what's more, the top floor provides spectacular views of the city from both sides of the building and you can even open the window - at your own risk, of course!

Lovely building. Worth a sight.

Wonderful old Victorian building. I did my undergraduate exams in the main hall and studied for a PhD in Polymer Science here.
