Disappointed in the service of this doctors. Rang to make an emergency appointment and they refused and made me do a urine sample test for a suspected water infection. They then made me wait a week till the results came through as of which I had to ring my self for them. Rang for my results and the receptionist said my sample was clear. As I was still in pain I made a emergency appointment after trying for 5 days I finally got in where the doctor told me I did infact HAVE a water infection and he was unsure why I was told I didn't when I should of been given anti biotics ASAP. Ridiculous service.

This is probably the worst imaginable service you could possibly receive from NHS, no staff is ever available for appointments and the customer service is non existing. It got to the point where they have been chasing us to book our son for injections, (it was a miracle we even managed to book an appointment after 4 weeks and 2 rearrangements due to staff unavailability, both costing us money, as we had to take time of work) when we have seen the nurse, she advised our son does not need an injection, and did not even explain why this situation occurred. Just SHOCKING!!!

it is a joke i work 6 am to 7 pm and only get a chance to see doctors every other sat but not guaranteed every time i try to make a appointment i get the same two things constant engaged phone line or if i get through i am told sorry nothing available for at least three weeks its just not good enough i am diabetic and need to see the nurse every 3 months or so well let me tell you she has more holidays than Thompson's cos every time i ask to see her i get told sorry she's not back for a fortnight and she's booked up for the immediate week after i am seriously considering changing doctors as this facility is a joke even DR Northfield told me to tell the receptionist to put me through to him if i have problems well guess what when i say that the reply is sorry he's not in today or i am not allowed to put you through i realise its not the doctors who work there that is at fault but the receptionists..
i have recently been told that the surgery has changed and its easier to get a appointment nowadays to see a doctor but don't know about the nurse and longer opening times on certain days well done a big10 for effort to doctor Northfield and his colleagues
