Stayed in better hotels, lock on window did not work properly so did not shut full but porter fixed quite quickly. Very small room considering the price. Staff very friendly and helpful though

Great hotel. Perfect location with lots of eateries around. The staff are very friendly, comfy bed and nice relaxing areas by the bar.

Clean, tidy and very good value for money. Great bar on site and private car park for £5 a night. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Very welcoming with polite staff.
The downfalls where that there where a few 'Genital' hairs on the bed sheets when me and my partner got there, the hot water wouldn't work and we read a sign saying 'if any towels are left on the towel rack they will 'NOT' be washed, they will only be washed if towels are put in to the bath after the room has been used'. Now I felt uncomfortable using them because I don't know if the previous people in the room had used them and stuck them back on to the wrack, which meant they wouldn't I have been washed. Me and my partner felt that this was wrong and everything should be washed at all times. And the room was nothing like the ones shown on the website, it was very old fashion looking and very tiny! Definitely not worth £75 per night!
