You get what you pay for. Good location if you're in town for a game at Old Trafford like we were. The room however was tiny. I barely fit in the toilet, and you can hear everything from the rooms around you. But again, it is a budget hotel and fine for an overnight stay, but better options out there if it's two nights or more.

Hotel location was excellent as I was visiting Old Trafford. Metro link is across the road. Breakfast OK. When booking nice pictures of huge fruit stand and in reality a small rack with apples and oranges. No yogurts. No milk at the tea making machines. Room was clean but bathroom not cleaned daily. I had to ask everyday for an extra towel.On the whole it was a positive experience.

Overall my stay was a good one, one minor point the toilet in my room was very small. Large people would have found it very difficult to use with the door shut. The room was also quite noisy due to being next to the trams, not a massive issue for me but it could be for some. The staff were all friendly and helpful although most were speaking English as a second language making it quite difficult to understand them sometimes.( I have a hearing issue making it more difficult). The location is excellent for exploring Manchester or attending Old Trafford (football or cricket). I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and will use it again if I am back in Manchester.

I liked that the hotel was very close to Old Trafford - the main reason for my coming to Manchester. It was also well connected to the city centre by trams. What I didn't like about my room was that some of the facilities did not work properly: the toilet flush worked only occasionally, as did the card for opening the door. Also, one of the shaver charging ports did not work. The room was very clean, though, and the bed comfortable. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

The first two nights were no problem. The third night (When we were up at 0400 the next day for a flight) there was a group across the corridor from us who were noisy. I spoke to them and then after reading the policy notice on the back of the door which says the hotel operates a zero tolerance policy regarding noise disturbance spoke to reception. Reception said they would send security to speak to the group. The noise eased off shortly after (As the group went out) and then resumed at about 0200 when they returned. At around 0340 just before I went to shower I heard shouting from the corridor and looked out to see security speaking to the group (and if there is a zero tolerance policy why are they doing this twice I wonder?)
Spoke to reception and asked to be reimbursed for the previous nights stay, this was over ten days ago and still waiting. My eight year old son hardly slept and was sick as a result and my aunt who was visiting us had to drive five hours back to her home with very little sleep. The reception staff were very apologetic but were unable to help. I will not be staying in this hotel again!!!!
