We've had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were so helpful and the breakfast is excellent. Any issues were fixed very promptly. Highly recommended!

Staff were warm. Breakfast was good. Room was fine. Bathroom needed work. Price makes it hard to complain. Recommended.

Great hotel, Ideal location with short walk to shops and train stations, buses are regular as well. The rooms were spacious, good value and had everything you would expect. Staff are friendly and welcoming, we had breakfast as well which was full english and continental, very good.

Really great value for money! Rooms are very well equipped for a budget hotel, and the WiFi was incredibly fast. Breakfast is not included in the price which I think is a good thing as I very very rarely use a hotel's breakfast and it's annoying that some places charge more on the assumption you'd want it.
They offer a late checkout (5pm) for only £10 more per room which I think is extremely convenient, however even without this the checkout is midday which is quite late anyway!
The reception is a bit like a hostel which might put people off, but we found it a nice touch as we are used to this style. The only downsides I can consider was that our keys deactivated at midday even though we'd paid till 5pm, and were told that this is what they all do by default (which is odd when late checkout is an option) but this was quickly sorted by reception. Secondly there were multiple occasions where, even though we didn't need any assistance, there were no staff visible around the whole of reception, including the bar! This is more a problem for the company rather than guests as given the area (next to two nightclubs) there's a relatively high chance someone could just come in and steal stuff from the bar haha!
Overall however, the location, value for money and overall stay was incredible given the price and the star-rating, so I would definitely give it 5-stars, and recommend it to anyone!
