In a whole a lovely hotel, lovely staff, very approachable. The reason for only 3 stars is because of the room, even tho it was clean, there were holes in the wall, the beds matters was hard and uncomfortable and it was boiling in there, could hardly sleep, slept with no blankets on and window open, we couldn't turn heating down because the dial on the radiator was broken, the milk in the little pots was off so I couldn't have a hot drink in the morning, had to chuck my tea away, off milk could make someone ill, unfortunately this experience means I won't stay here again, sorry

The place was closed despite having a reservation. No one answered the door or the phone. Not recommended.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, clean room. Downfalls were double bed was like a bowl, shower was luke warm.

One star is generous. Room was tiny, dirty and cold/damp. Smashed tiles in bathroom, dirty walls and floor, the kind of carpet that you put your shoes on when you come in to stop your feet getting dirty. On top of that, holes in the walls, one channel working on the tiny television, and horrendously noisy from the drunken rowdy crowd that the pub downstairs was packed with.i normally love staying in pubs, but not this one.
