Very good hotel. The personnel are polite and helpful. Incredibly clean and proper. Good breakfast with the option to select cooked food from a menu. The only small downsides are somewhat hard beds and the fact that we could hear our neighbor's TV late in the evening.

The staff were excellent I couldn’t fault them! However on my last night they a disco on down stairs, it was so loud I wouldn’t sleep, people were walking up and down the stairs the whole time! I complained to the man on duty on my way out and he said sure I know it too loud.!🙁🙁🙁, the toilet was broken so the water kept dripping which was annoying especially at night! If they fixed the above I would give them a 5! Food was okay, breakfast was also okay, but the guys who delivered it were lovely!!

Upon arrival I realised my room had nothing I was told it would have in it. After asking reception where all the items I had been told would be there (slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste etc) they told me I had booked a room/deal that they no longer offer or exists. This cost me £20 more than a ‘standard’ room. I spoke with somebody who brought me a toothbrush and toothpaste as I had none. However nothing has been done about refunding me the extra money I paid to stay in a room that was the same as everybody else’s!

Love this hotel. My sister got married here in august 2016. Had a great time. Then organised her baby shower again great service. The staff were wonderful and very helpful.
