Great apartment, really clean and good facilities. View from one of the rooms was lovely. Tea/coffee options were good and shower was strong and plenty of hot water for 4 people. Location was excellent, right in the heart of Manchester. Only gripe was the damaged iron, overall great experience would definitely stay again.

Really nice apartment hotel but things were falling to pieces. The curtain rail fell off the wall and the door didn't lock properly at first. Both fixed with a screwdriver

The Works Aparthotel is well located in Manchester City Centre close to all major attractions. My apartment was on the first floor, a really good size with a kitchen, double bed, living room and usable WiFi throughout. It was clean, modern and comfortable. It felt secure, with a manned reception. All this would lead me to give a five star review. Unfortunately, when I stayed I was kept awake until 4am and beyond by revellers from the pubs and night clubs opposite who were rolling home. There was lot of noise, loud music and a number of trouble incidents. Sadly, this ruined my stay. Perhaps the apartment could invest in some modern double glazing to keep the noise out? If so, I'd happily make this my location of choice when staying in Manchester.

Slowest wifi in top floors. They've been even told several times to fix it but they haven't done something. It is in a nice location the rooms look good and it's clean. Friday and Saturdays night can be really disturbing due to the loud music near this apartment hotel.

Quiet. well furnished. clean. wonderful views. easy access to city centre. loved my stay. But no cleaning done and towels , sheets n accessories were not replaced. the sponge fir washing dishes was used.
