Took my car here as my car door lock had come out in my car. Guy was very friendly and helpful, (can't fault them on that front) and offered to lend me a courtesy car. I knew I should have been suspicious about the catch of that. The catch was the price. After telling me it should cost no more than £40-£60, I was presented with a bill for £155. To add insult to injury, he had only done a half job on replacing the lock, which I have since found out he could have put a new lock and key in for the same price. The bill was clearly laid out, but £60 labour charge and nearly £30 VAT should have been included in the prices he was quoting. Not lead me to believe that the total for the job would be £40-£60. Friendly and helpful, but you need to be really clear about prices with them.
