Appalling Customer Service & Repairs - Avoid at all costs. Don't let this lot being part of the Co-operative fool you. If there was a no star option I would have chosen that. They use cowboy repairers who will botch your repair and give your car back with more problems on it than when you gave it them. They'll then deny any of the problems are to do with the accident or repair and leave you with a car in a worse state than before the accident. Repairers are useless and will not fix your car. Check it with a fine tooth comb as they may return it with damage on and see if you'll miss it. Don't try complaining as that will get you nowhere either. Be prepared to be fobbed off big time by this lot and don't say you've not been warned.

Worst rubbish company in whole this world . The customer service is very poor and they just like to waste people's time and money .
I'm happy that I left this dodgy company . So if you are happy to lose your money go for it ...

These guys are hopeless, designing a system to drive you insane. Started on the web site for car insurance, lots of detail onto the system - outcome no quote allowed, you will have to phone. Ages listening to annoying messages, being passed around, all the same detail tortuously repeated and recorded, scripts read – then the phone goes dead. I ring back – all details have been erased by our idiot operator you have the pleasure of starting over again for the third time.
Want to complain? No point - all roads on the web site lead back to exactly where you started two hours before. Customer torture at its best - well done the Coop!
