24h open - 7/7days open - Super-clean like also my mother can clean so good - private showers - never crowded - amazing,friendly and competent staff (they know for real about training..). Simply a little diamond embedeed in the centre of Manchester, simply the best gym in the city center!

They have one of the best class instructors, absolutely loved the Yoga & Spin classes. The equipment & facilities are premium quality.

The staff is very friendly, always very clean. Top of the range equipment, expect a great workout ;)

Great little gym in a very convenient part of town!! Just opposite the train station so no excuse not to go! Lovely staff always say hello and very welcoming. Facilities are top notch and very clean. The personal trainers are brilliant!! Always there to give a helping hand
