If you’re serious about training speak to Harry. OMG! Just got back from a two week break and thought I’d ease back into it. Absolutely no chance! What’s the “point” in half measures? Shocking the body is Harry’s theme. It means less time in the gym and every second counts when you’re there. Fantastically motivating and transformational results are gained by 100% effort. That’s yours and Harry’s. Programmes are varied and fully aligned to each client. I’m a not so young granny and now able to deadlift, squat and lunge with the best of them. Highly recommend Harry Pointon if you’re brave enough to try!

An approachable fella who has a great commitment to doing his best for the results that you want. A vast knowledge which educates as much as it shows in training. Highly recommended. Pushes me to breaking point but I look forward to every training session 😀

Harry is a very knowledgeable and friendly personal trainer. Thanks to him I have gained a great understanding of weight lifting/ fitness & diet and enjoyed myself in the process. He has excellent facilities and I highly recommend his services. Definitely a life changing experience.

Strong attention to detail - especially in regards to your bespoke requirements. He tailors sessions to fit your needs and works on improving every aspect of your technique. I went with multiple injuries and issues and Harry worked on improving my mobility, my diet and improving my general fitness and strength. I would definitely recommend Harry

I’ve been training with Harry for a couple of months now and I can honestly say – it’s been great! I felt his passion for fitness and the genuine desire to help me achieve my personal goals from the start. Not only does he keep me motivated throughout every session but he also keeps an eye on my work / personal life balance and dietary requirements to make sure I can achieve my fitness goals as fast and as healthy as possible. I definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a passionate, inspiring and friendly personal trainer!
