Fantastic Gym, really good for all round fitness/MMA/stand-up/jiu jitsu/wrestling.
Classes for all levels from beginners through to professional MMA athletes.

If you want to learn martial arts the right way, not the watered down, half hearted poor technique you will find in most gyms them come here. All the classes are taken by guys who have a passion for martial arts. Leave your ego at the door as the friendly approachable attitude of the staff is carried over to the guys who train there. The unwritten rules in the gym are the same as life in general, show a healthy respect for your fellow pratitioners and you wont go far wrong. If you're a beginner looking to learn for fitness or you've trained for years and want to compete, there is a training partner here for everyone. Highly recommended.
