I have been to see Anna and found her to be a great physio providing both clinical and practical advise and support through my rehab.
Being able to talk through my greater issues was really useful for my recovery and understanding the overall process.
I would definitely use Anna again and recommend him to others... I will be booking again this week to continue with my treatment

The Best Therapeutic Massage Ever! I was in Media City for only 24 hours taking my son to his Uni interview. With suspected CFS I was in desperate need of a deep tissue massage. When I called, Jaz apologised saying she was fully booked - only to call back moments later having made room for me. Jaz really knows her stuff! I cannot recommend her deep tissue massage highly enough. She warned me that it may take a couple of days to settle down but from the moment I left I felt like a new person. Thank you Jaz for your miraculous work. All I can hope for now is that my son gets in to Uni so that I can come up to see you again and again and again!

I fully recommend Therapy First Clinic.
I have had serious problems with my back and have suffered lots of pain for years. I have been to various specialists and nothing seemed to be helping relieve the pain.
When I visited Therapy First, I was impressed by their professional and caring approach and by very effective treatment by Jaz who not only advised me on ways to ease the pain but also addressed many issues that contributed to my back condition.
Since my visit to Therapy First, I have noticed the difference and I can enjoy life and fitness more than ever.

I've had a few visits to Therapy-First Physiotherapy and have been pleased with the results each time.
It is a little gem hidden away in Media City at the Greenhouse. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, happy to explain everything they do and they do make you feel welcome and comfortable before, during and after the session.
I have a very active lifestyle - I am a dancer and go to the gym a lot as well as being involved in a range of sports and activities including hiking, indoor rock climbing and fencing - my muscles were much tighter than I initially thought! After a couple of sessions and a lot of stretching, I noticed a considerable improvement in my range of movement. It has helped in my performance, so I will definitely be coming back.
