Popped in today for the first time,my girlfriend wanted some sausage skins,to try making her own,the guys were spot on,even showing her how to make the links and gave her a web site to look at,ended up buying some sirloin (amazingly tasty)and the shop smelt fantastic (you either love the smell or not) can't recommend them enough,the only down side is they don't have a shop in Cannock!!

Have been intending to visit here for a while. Meat quality and selection incredible. Only picked up some bacon this time but will definitely be back to pick up some other items. Highly recommended (Not if you're Vegan....)

Best butchers in Manchester. The steak is first class and on a par (if not better than) London equivalents such as the Ginger pig.

Been in quite a few times now and every time the lads are happy to answer and questions I have about their produce. Also very good at recommending alternative cuts when I had trouble getting hold of some lamb shanks, as well as the best cuts for certain recipes.
Will definitely be back to try more things in the future!
