Better and bigger than you might think from the outside. The menu is standard pub stuff (burgers etc.) but done pretty well, and with some good offers on the price.
The sun terrace is an unexpected bonus, although bear in mind there is a construction site outside that can ruin the atmosphere. Builders have their lunch at 12:15 so hit it then.

Came here for lunch with my mates. We got the 2 meals for £10 menu. I had the fish and chips. The chips were nice but the fish (cod) didn't taste like much. Service was okay. One has to order and pay at the bar. The prices are very attractive. It is a very casual place.
