ABSOLUTELY APPALING CUSTOMER SERVICE. The machines are slow ALL THE TIME and occasionally don't work all together. I inserted my chip into the machine to pay for my parking and put in my card and details only for the machine to say the chip and pin wasn't working. I then cancelled the transaction but got no chip back. There was no one on duty as I arrive early (7am) for work so decided to talk to someone when I return from work (7pm). After explaining my situation to the guard on duty he said in a very aggressive manor that I was at fault and would have to pay £10 for a lost token or he wouldn't let me out the car park. This is an absolute disgrace and I was fuming. I tried to pay as normal but the machine was faulty and swallowed my token so I couldn't pay... and I was happy to still pay for my days parking but to charge me £10 for a lost token is an absolute joke. PARK HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! The staff are useless and should be sacked and the machines need updating so they actually work...

reasonable prices if NOT attending a concert at the arena otherwise £10 a pop. Best location for arena and printworks side of manchester.
