When I was in a lot of pain it was Carla that helped me.she was wonderful.dont think I could have coped without her help and treatment.thank you Carla.👍

I apprehensively booked in to Physio Wellbeing because I had a frozen shoulder and was nervous about the pain I would go through to correct it .I needn't have worried ,Carla was so good at relaxing me and putting me at ease that I soon forgot that it might hurt. Carla was amazing I came away from each session more supple than the last . she has an email address that you can contact her on should you have any qualms and also she gave some light exercises to do in between our sessions. I had 5 sessions in all and now I feel wonderful I have no restrictions in my arm I would highly recommend Physio Wellbeing to anyone with a sports injury , or stiffness to muscles and joints or just for a nice relaxing massage , the clinic is in a residential area which no problem parking, Thank you so much Carla I feel like a new woman
