Got order completely wrong ,refused refund as wasn't policy?? After an unwarranted argument where they showed us our recipet which they had read wrong! Worst customer experience ever had in any takeaway wont be using again by any means

We ordered popcorn chicken and pizzas with double sauce but arrived home and had been given garlic mushrooms instead, and a very scant amount of sauce on the pizzas. Took them back and point blank refused to give us our money back and after a bit of a shouting match ended up resigning ourselves to getting the order remade. Very very rude staff, impossible to reason with, won't be ordering from here again. Curly fries ok though. Ish.

Very bad customer service. Was very rude and shouted on the phone to me just because they couldn't hear me.

Used to go here every Friday with the guys, went back last week and still the same well priced great portion sizes old school memories coming back
