Great location, family rooms very spacious. Breakfast nice and good choice. Most of the staff very helpful and friendly, just one on reception not so nice. Parking a reasonable price as well. Would use again.

Stayed in a family room with plenty of space for us all. Room was clean and fresh. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommended it if your going the the arena its an easy walk away.

Upon arrival we were met by a very jolly lady on the front desk who assisted with the check in process. The room was spacious and clean and suited our needs in every way. We used the bar which has a good range of beers and cider's available and a couple of nice single malts on offer. We didn't us the restaurant as this Premier Inn is so well situated to many amenities, restaurants and bars. We will visit here again. A group of 4 adults.

With premier inn you generally know what you're getting and we certainly were not disappointed. The room was clean and tidy and staff very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Parking is difficult to find but simple to pay for at check-in. I don't understand how the car park is controlled so requested a receipt which took a little time. Rooms are basic but comfortable. Good quality windows keep out most of the city noises. The location is excellent although can be very expensive depending on local events going on at the time of staying. The thing that let it down for me was the front of house staff at check-out. My plans changed and I checked out late evening, it was very difficult finding a staff member. When a young lady finally appeared I was quite sternly told, "you should of just left your key. You don't need to disturb me to check out" I walked away only to be then called back abd asked what room am I checking out of. Very rude, I left feeling very annoyed.
