Absolutely brilliant. Very clean, very friendly staff, great rooms. Close to shops and trams for transportation. Feels like a 4 star hotel , not 3 star. Great value for money

Staff provide excellent service and are very helpful. The food is good, the rooms comfortable with air conditioning and en suite facilities. The location is excellent, close to major shopping precinct and lots of restaurants/shops. 2 minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly station with free buses nearby.

Location is great, only a 2 minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly station and the town center. Staff were super helpful and friendly and room was clean and very spacious. If possible get a room on the top few floors as they have completed floor to ceiling windows and great views over the city. Overall a great Premier Inn.

Locality makes it an ideal place, in the heart of Piccadilly. So easy to get to anywhere from here. Rooms comfortable, clean. Good bar facilities on ground floor. Friendly staff. Definitely recommend and think Premier Inn offers value for money.

I had the best experience here. When I arrived the lady on reception was so helpful and welcoming and very personable. I then went for dinner in the hotel alone and after wanted to take some chocolate from the vending machine but had no change so the lovely lady personally got me something to help me out! This was 12/09/17 around 9pm I think the lady was the manager and her name was Sarah. Seriously 5 star service! Thank you!
