We had a few days away staying in the Salford Quays Premier Inn. Great place. Clean and friendly. The staff are brilliant especially Kim on the reception desk also the beautiful Russian girl, whom both went above and beyond the call of duty to help us. The beefeater where breakfast and dinner is served was equally as good. Food tasty and very reasonable. Staff again top class. 5 star service all around. Thank you. Mr and Mrs Pritchard room 206. October 2017.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Superb location and within a cock stride of central Manchester. Only down points were the lift is rather small for the size of the hotel and the road outside is a little noisy if you have your window open.

Hotel overlooks part of Manchester Ship Canal. Good place to stop if visiting The Lowery, BBC Studios, War Museum North. 10 minute walk along tree lined wide path alongside canal. Good hotel, Beefeater pub next door. Can recommend hotel and pub.

It's a standard Premier Inn but in a nice position and was clean and well maintained. Room was comfortable and while there is Aircon the window also opens for fresh air. Breakfast is served next door at The Beefeater and the got food is cooked to order and came piping hot.

Better than expected.
I have stayed in the new Premier Inn at Media City a few times and have to admit I was disappointed when I found out I was at this slightly older one, but I shouldn't have been. I had a great night's sleep, it was clean and comfortable. All very good. Why four stars? Well, there's better out there, but for the money it was excellent.
