Spa staff are rude and very judgemental also argumentative. I came out of the lift to hear foul language and what they were up to at the weekend. Very unprofessional and need immediate training in customer services,smiling and generally being nice. Not made to feel welcome at all. Please fix this as it's not acceptable. They really bring the place down.

Absolutely awful. Wouldn't even give it one star. Me and a friend had booked a spa day deal and on arrival we were asked to fill out a form each and then just left for quite some time. Every time we approached a therapist they didn't seem to have a clue and seemed rude and arrogant.

We eventually got to use the spa facilities after having to keep explaining to staff that the packages states that we get to use it first. After when ready for treatment we approached a member of staff who led us to a relaxing room and told us to take a seat to wait for a therapist to come, offered us a glass of water. We were just sat there for ages bored out of our minds.

In the end we went to get our money back and all staff did was try to argue with us. We got our money back in the end and left. Would not recommend it to anyone what's so ever.

Also as being in the same profession as them selves I would never treat my own clients how they did!

Booked a couple of months in advance for my sisters 40th birthday. I emailed to confirm our time of treatment, luckily we arrived earlier and was told our treatments were not at the time that was emailed but 1hr earlier. They confused me with another Sarah, no apology just an arrogant attitude. Nothing to make my sisters birthday special either. Would never go there again.

Wouldn't even give it 1 star. Booked a couples spa well in advance for our anniversary & got a phone call on the day to say that they only have one person available to give a massage & it would be at different times (one after the other) when we requested it for the same time, in the same room. Hence why it's called the couples spa! Still ended up going but we only ended up doing the mud mask & using the facilities! Manager was awful & couldn't even offer us any discount or vouchers to say sorry for let down on our anniversary!! She was rude. Thought I'd give it another go two years later for mums 50th & reception told me they'd ring me back & they didn't!! So I had to ring them & by the time I did, their was no availability!! The staff need training up in customer service because they are absolute awful in the way the deal with their customers. Never visiting again.

Thoroughly disappointed with my treatments and just glad I didn't actually pay for them - used a gift voucher I had been given for Christmas - still felt cheated as the treatments weren't worth it in my opinion.

Booked a deep muscle massage for the back, shoulders and neck. The therapist asked if there was anywhere particular I was having a problem with and I explained my neck and shoulders so she said she'd concentrate on those areas. She proceeded to give me an enjoyable back massage but never even touched my neck or shoulders so I'm still currently experiencing the pain and discomfort I was trying to alleviate.

I was then booked in for a pedicure. Again I was left extremely underwhelmed by the treatment and results. I've had some pedicures in my time but never had to sit on a therapist's bed with my knees up to my chin and my feet in a big bowl of water on the bed.
