Amazing experience - I have had a hair transplant with the Private clinic my PC Alex has been nothing but brill he made me totally at ease about everything from my first consultation. After care and nursing staff have been great. I am now bringing my fiancé for a peel

I had some Botox done at The Private Clinic a couple of months back and I can honestly say it's the best treatment I've ever had. I felt really comfortable from the minute I walked in the door and all the staff were really professional and friendly. Dawn, the nurse was thorough and professional and I trusted her advice. Having had some good and bad treatments in the past I know I won't be going anywhere else in the future.

After two meetings to have an expensive treatment I arrived on the day prepared to have surgery. After waiting 25 minutes the surgeon came into the waiting room only to tell me the surgery on that day was cancelled. I was shocked as I have taken time off work to have this done. They told me to leave and a manager would ring me as soon as she arrived. After chasing through headoffice to hear anything I then was told I needed to wait for a refund to be authorised. I am absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated by this company and wouldn't advise anyone to waste any time with this company as I did. I'm shocked they are in business.

Zero Stars - treatment was not working, in fact, made worse. I stopped the treatment and asked for refund and was refused even though I could not carry on with it. Unsympethic staff and clinic manager who blatantly lied to my face.

0 stars. Go elsewhere for surgical treatments. You will find places that do the same job for a third of the cost of these unscrupulous people. Unfortunately I found out by chance only after. STAY AWAY!!!!
