Order a taki for 240. Still waiting for. 2 hours can you believe when you ring them all you get is sorry I never booked the cab will be. An other ten min what a joke.2 hour wait customer services is appalling I should of read the reviews before booking my own fault but then again we are not in the Stone Age. Where you have to wait so long what a joke we are 2017. They need to. Get there act together would never use again and wouldent recommend to be honest I wouldent even give it a star rating blank god for uber. Hays all I can say

Running late for a train to london. Called on the off chance (first time using mainline) A gent named Khan arrived literally 1 minute later!! The Man moved mountains to first take me to a cash point and get to to my train on time. Really pleasant bloke! Haven't used another taxi company since.

I call mainline from time to time only because they're the cheapest...otherwise I wouldn't be bothering to order a taxi...fair enough sometimes you have to wait to be picked off over 20min (you get what you pay for) but yesterday I was fuming after 20min waiting for a taxi, finally arrived, and driver told me he's picking someone else...so I politely ask a passenger how long he had to wait ( I was curious how long I have to wait yet) and he said he called them about 5min ago!! Really?! At many different occasions call centre staff can be very rude too, hang out the phone, only because they can't pick you up from certain location....but you can only find this out when you call them again and get connected to another operator...

Pre booked a cab which decided not to turn up. Phoned the office and they knew he hadn't arrived as 'he was busy'... They weren't bothered in the slightest, won't be using them again.

Omg what great service both over the telephone and in the taxi. Have used three times over a 24hour period and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Quick service, excellent telephone service booking even calling me by my name without giving them my name also asking if we had a good night and clean vehicles. When we come back to Manchester I will definitely be using again. Many thanks and keep up the great work.
