BOOK AT OWN RISK!!! Absolute disgrace, I had a young family member stranded and after promising '20' minutes, on call back 25 mins later they said they were nearly there and re-booked the taxi. Upon immediate call back got told it was now "cash before pick up" they were collecting an 11 year old, never been so disgusted by vile liars ever in my life before.

I've switched back to New City from another firm. I like them. You get a text when the taxi is despatched, you get a text when it's there. Simples.
Update: Today, I called with plenty of time to spare for my 15:30 train. I went immediately downstairs.
After nearly 30 mins I called and the dispatcher claimed that a car had shown up, not seen me, and had nowhere to park. He sent another car. I missed my train, cost me £57.
There is ample on-road parking, and we also have a very obvious car park. I didn't see a New City cab. I wasn't texted to say car was there, phone wasn't called either.
Therefore I've been lied to, and lost £57. I'll be sending them the bill and will update when I get a response. Today? 0 out of 5 stars.
Update: The response was "You are wrong, get lost" but worded more politely.

Would ideally rate 0 out of 5 stars. Today, after being told 10 minutes wait for a taxi we had to wait over 20 with no explanation or reason to the delay. This resulted in my partner missing an important interview due to a lack of competence and honesty on when they would arrive. This is not the first time we have been left waiting for a taxi from this company, we have suffered delays on numerous occasions ranging from 20 minutes up to an hour!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
