State of the art offices, plenty of space, shower facilities on every floor. Free coffee, fruit and breakfast cereal just sweetens the deal. Located just across the road from the Trafford Centre if that tickles your fancy.

I recently asked Diane Sokolyk from Travel Councillors to help me plan an expedition with Biosphere Expeditions. She arranged everything extremely quickly and expertly. I highly recommend Travel Councillors for any trip that you might be considering.

I've never been on holiday with Travel Counsellors, so can't offer an opinion on their individual agents or their holiday experiences offered - but the customer service standards and communication practices of the Greater Manchester Head Office are absolutely woeful, bordering on rudely arrogant.
By the sounds of other reviews, their holidays are perfectly fine but based on their negligent and ignorant attitude towards legitimate commercial enquiries, I would never use or recommend their services.
Having had several politely worded genuine enquiries ignored by both middle and senior management, I'm disgusted by their lack of professionalism and can only hope that this poor attitude isnt reflected in the behaviour of their individual homeworking employees.
