£76 for ear drops for my dog. Not sure if that's value for money. You make your own mind up. The guy who looked at my dog was pleasant enough. Surgery was empty & looked as though it could do with being refurbished. Probably be no more expensive than any other vets but they just play on your love for your pet.

The vet who saw our cat was very attentive and caring. However the cost of medicine for the cat was very high. The same medicine from pets4vets in Swinton was much cheaper. But perfectly OK to use in an emergency.

I want to thank the staff at pet medics on Monday I took a stray cat up there in the hope it was micro chipped, good news it was chipped and was reunited with its owner, the staff were brilliant thanks x

I can't fault petmedics, I don't know if they charge a little bit more than the usual rate but they are all really helpful!
Especially the reception staff I've had plenty of advice over the phone when they consult the vet and then given me the advice over the phone which has saved me bringing my doggies in and also the charge of seeing a vet and all their advice has worked up to now.
I've never had an experience with any of my doggies where they have been seriously unwell so I can't comment on the whole procedure of the money and the insurance but I have taken out an insurance which the vets suggested to me and advertise everywhere in the vets and they explained the whole procedure that basically they do the claim for me on the computer and my insurance company just send them the money.
But overall they have always paid attention to my doggies and made sure they are seen to appropriately and efficiently and even though my dogs hate going they always get a few treats after their dreaded injections.
Also not to mention that if you join petmedics you also get a discount if you have to take your beloved pet to the hospital in Salford as they must be the same company which is always a bonus as it can be very expensive especially if you haven't got insurance....every penny helps :)

Stay away from this place, they use your love of your pet to overcharge you, even my insurance company refused to pay the extortionate charges and I was then threatened with a debt agency by an awful man in accounts, he couldn't have cared less, a disgrace of a human being, what are you supposed to do? its your pet for gods sake, DO NOT USE
