Receptionists on the phone each gave different information and put me at a loss, one very rudely as if I was a child . For such a sensitive area of work they must do better. Doctors were great though.

I was worried when i had to change doctors due to moving house. I had been with my doctor for 20yrs and was not looking forward to starting over with a doctor that didn't know me as I have quite a few ailments. I registered with Watling Vale and they have been great. I have seen most of the doctors and honestly can say they have been really good.

Disappointed to say the least! My grandmother was with this surgery for years, she became very poorly and my mother brought her home to care for her after she kept collapsing. Rang her DOCTOR to get her a home visit as she couldn't walk and they refused to travel 10 mins away from the surgery to look at her. We was told to temporarily move her to my mother's surgery to get her looked at. My mother's surgery wouldn't, as my grandmother lived in Milton Keynes, Watling Vale Medical Center had a DUTY TO CARE. My grandmother died yesterday morning 06/06/17 this could have been prevented if the Doctors did their duty! If you feel something is wrong with a family member, I urge, you don't take no for an answer. Get them seen!
