We attended a wedding at this venue and stayed for two nights. The venue itself is lovely and the rooms are comfortable and modern. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, one lady even went out of her way to help us when we requested a room change to be on the ground floor.

Delicious afternoon tea and plenty of food for 2 people.
We booked through Groupon so paid half price for 2 people to have afternoon tea and a glass of champagne.
The setting is gorgeous, you almost can't believe you are sat in Milton Keynes in a quaint hotel surrounded by country side.
The sandwiches and cakes were tasty and the tea selection is fantastic (try the Nutty Chocolate it's delicious!).
The only criticism I would have is that the staff are not too attentive. We weren't checked up on to see if we needed extra milk or water (which we did) and it's always courteous to ask how the food is at least. Perhaps the staff are too busy or it's just not part of the service here and you are left to get on with it (which some people like I'm sure).
Either way I would definitely go again and recommend others to try it.

Excellent facilities, the best nights sleep I have had for a long while as the bed was so comfy. The staff were excellent, very attentive and professional, especially Becca who helped me with the wine menu. Will definitely come again.

Had afternoon tea with my mum. She had the most wonderful smile from start to finish. The garden Room is lovely, with views across the lawn and fields. The afternoon tea itself was beautifully presented and delicious. A fabulous time making fantastic memories.

Bar is expensive. Nice looking hotel. Slightly strange internal decor. Nice, pleasant staff. Sunday lunch was good. I'd give it 7 out of 10. Worth a visit but don't have too high expectations....
