A Mission, the simplest of question A MISSION..they have to record all you details etc etc until they advise you nobody can answer that simple question! It's a big FAIL and its mostly every time I call Mercedes that's why I wouldn't dream of using them to service any of my cars! ( except Kings Lynn BRILLIANT Centre) Zero after sales service, its just the Mercedes Culture, what a shame, what a let down! And don't anybody think they read these reviews...think Apple .. beyond reproach!

My elderly parents Certified E class broke down with an alarm issue that ran the battery down and prevented the car starting. Rang Mercedes rescue, it took them 3 days to get the car picked up, and, now stranded, they still do not have the replacement vehicle that was promised under the Mobilo Rescue service. Their pleas for help were met with absolute indifference and disregard. They bought this vehicle on the basis of how well they had been treated during a breakdown several years ago. Things have obviously changed, and I am now seriously concerned that not only do they have a vehicle that is prone to failure, but that Mercedes also seem to be unable or unwilling to follow through on their promised rescue and support.

We are trying to order a V class in the UK and are disgusted with the lack of knowledge your UK retailers have (little or none and not interested in selling us this vehicle)
We have been to several retailers without swatches for seat coverings and wood trims available, we also want 4 individual seats in the back.
We have had two Viano's and are ready to order our new V class, Please Help

Mercedes head office is useless as they always protect their own,so in future becareful which dealership you use as they will not help you.
