Small, secure and has everything you need. However the classes could be a little more welcoming and better timetabled.

This is a fab, friendly gym. There is a great range of equipment to use, classes and it's not expensive at all! Early mornings are busy but friendly! Parking can be difficult at peak times.

Good place. Some personal trainers a bit "rude" and "harsh". I understand that I don't pay them money but that doesn't mean they have priority with equipment

Great gym, very active and busy. Lots of friendly instructors to assist when needed. Lots if different equipment and weights of choice, plus a fitness class room and cycle room also. Clean changing rooms and shower areas that god don't always get at guns and 24 hours access with plenty of outside parking. 5 STAR ⭐☑ 💯 Ticks all the boxes 👍.....
