There is only one place I'll buy my wine from and it's Majestic Wine in Milton Keynes. Three key reasons:
1. The staff really know their wine
2. The staff are extremely helpful & friendly
3. The recommendations are always spot on
It's one thing to provide quality customer service but when it's coupled with an abundance of knowledge about the wine industry it's a winning combination. Fred in particular at the MK branch is fantastic to deal with. Thank you!

Extensive wine selection with the friendliest staff you'll ever find. The tasting station completes the deal. Fantastic place to buy your wine from.

Placed an order, it did not arrive. Called to try again, and even paid for next day delivery and once again it did not arrive. I contacted your social media service and after saying they would call me, they did not. I have cancelled my order with you and will not use your service again.
Only plus is that your customer service team were all very polite, they just did not execute what needed to happen.
