I find the staff at this store uniformly helpful and attentive; nothing is too much trouble and they are smiley too. Stock usually good, wide range of products and prices competitive. I 'm impressed with this store.

The tesco employees picking for internet orders are the rudest people I've met. They use they're trolleys as weapons to bully you out of 'their' way, when they're not blocking the aisles,come stand in front of you whilst its obvious you're comparing products, blocking the way, and barge into you whilst leaning into freezers. Tesco, I will visit the bletchley store once more, and if no change, I'll take my business elsewhere

Tried to buy tub of Tesco everyday value cream cheese spread but none on display as normal fridge had broken down then was told by 2 members of staff they had worked there for years and never seen or heard of what I described to them and informed me it only ever came in square tubs not round. U informed them both I shopped in the store for years and bought it every week or so. U asked to see the manager as was now annoyed he also failed to find my required product so please see and show staff the attached photograph so no other customer will be treated like an imbecile who can't tell difference between round and square tubs of cheese! I wasted 20 minutes of my day before getting an apology from the manager.
