Food took well over an hour to arrive, when it finally turned up it was barely luke warm, the chicken strips were extremely chewy, the curly fries were like cardboard and whatever the meat was suppose to be on my pizza is anyone's guess as it was was jet black! The guy on the phone was pretty rude, no customer service whatsoever.... definitely won't be ordering from there again which is a shame as the northampton branch is by far some of the best pizza I've ever had but this place definitely does not live up to it at all and is probably some of the worst I've ever had!!
